Job Title: Vocational Coordinator
Location: Hajo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
The Vocational Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the implementation of vocational training and classroom activities in government schools at Hajo. The role involves assisting teachers and trainers in delivering sessions, ensuring effective use of learning materials, and providing on-ground support for smooth program execution. The position is suited for fresh graduates with basic computer skills and an interest in the education and vocational training sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of classroom activities using the Akshar toolkit.
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating vocational training sessions in the assigned school.
  • Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of vocational and educational materials.
  • Work closely with teachers and Vocational Trainers to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Monitor student participation and provide necessary support during sessions.
  • Maintain basic records and assist in reporting related to program activities.
  • Provide on-ground operational support for effective program delivery.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Fresher or maximum 1 year experience.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in Assamese and basic English preferred
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule.
  • Interest in the education and vocational training sector.
