Position: Learning & Development Executive
Role Overview:
The L&D Executive will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs aligned with the organization's goals and values. They will develop content, conduct training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure participants gain actionable skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training modules (e.g., Foundational Literacy and Numeracy content, Planning, Reporting/Documentation etc).
- Conduct needs assessments and tailor sessions accordingly.
- Monitor participant progress and adapt training for diverse audiences.
- Collect feedback and analyse data to measure the success of training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Experience in designing and delivering training modules.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in education or social impact organizations.
- Knowledge of learning and development trends.
Location: Guwahati (Travel will be a part of Job role)
