Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Employment Type: Part -Time

Role Summary:
We are looking for a young, creative, and dynamic Social Media Executive who understands the pulse of people, platforms, and trends. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with a data-driven mindset — crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, while also analyzing performance to maximize organic growth, minimize unnecessary spends, and strengthen Akshar’s digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Akshar Foundation’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that connect emotionally with audiences.
Collaborate with the Creative Department for content development and visual storytelling.
Keep track of emerging social media trends and use them creatively to tell Akshar’s story.
Support campaign launches, fundraising appeals, and awareness drives.
Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, ensuring optimal use of
resources while focusing on maximizing organic reach than paid promotions.
Conduct trend analysis, social listening, and comparative benchmarking.
Monitor engagement, campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports with analytics, insights, and forward-looking plans.
Work closely with the communication team to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and creative thinking.
Strong sense of current trends, youth culture, and what captures attention online.
Creativity in crafting posts, reels, captions, and campaigns.
Basic to intermediate skills in Canva/Photoshop/Video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
Ability to conduct comparative analysis and generate data-driven insights.
Experience in handling social media for an organization/initiative is desirable but not compulsory.
